I am experienced science educator that has spent over ten years teaching various science courses to high school and middle school students. My passion is creating meaningful learning experiences for all types of learners. My goal is to work for a company where I can utilize the skills I have gained as an educator.

August 2022 to Present

Modified and adapted Discovery Education curriculum for 6th and 8th grade science courses. Utilized technology tools such as the Schoology learning management system.

Middle School Science Teacher

High School Science Teacher

Created in-person, hybrid, and virtual curriculum for various science courses. Utilized technology tools such as Microsoft office products and google suite to make meaningful learning experiences for students. Leader amongst colleagues by providing professional development training opportunities.

Worked closely and collaborated with owners and managers to have successful catering experiences particularly wedding events. Trained new employees skills required to run a successful event and maintain a positive work culture.

Developed learning experiences for low income, first generation students, of differing ages. With the goal to help bridge the learning gap between school years, have enjoyable educational experiences, and make and maintain positive adult relationships.
